DIMTS is a well known organization and working environment was too good or excellent till it was managed by Sh. S.N Sahai, MD & CEO since 2015. After his leaving, company policy are not fair enough for every one, especially for those who really works for the company. In the present scenario during outbreak of covid 19, every big name company try to support their employees in this hard time but the top management of DIMTS forcefully removed 10 engineering staff members including one female member also without any reasons just to satisfy their ego and to save all the culprits of DIMTS. Every senior person other than HR Head, Adminstration & Engineering HOD were surprised with this step by knowingly doing unjustice with engineering staff. No doubt once company policy was too fair for every one but now policy makers of DIMTS thinks for themself only. Company has lots of project including in Engineering Dept, however, if company has any issues related to finance than every dept will be targeted and not only those ten members of the engineering dept. which were forcefully removed. Not only those ten members of engineering dept are suffering but their families, who are fully dependent on them, are also suffers a lot . There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue, simply their cares for the culprits.

Work Details

The working is quite interesting, I always enjoying my work since engineering dept was headed by respected Singh Sir. He always appreciate responsible person for their outstanding work and motivate others.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
