Dilkap is one of the reputed institution. I would like to work in this institution again because the Chairman, Principal Vice - Principal and staff are so co-operative. The atmosphere of this institute is so pleasent. It's excellent institute to work and learn.

Campus is very good. Good infrastructure & Canteen.

Dislikes

Management listens to students rather than teaching faculty regarding academics. Complete bypass of system with close door reviews of staff by management with students & no HOD & faculty allowed as they are more concerned over admission rather than quality education. Management wants assignments be given as per student's wish not the university norms. If you can survive in such environment, then only continue with it....Read More

It was a new college when I joined there. I've setup Civil engineering department along with my colleagues, which includes study materials preparation, lab set up for strength of materials, F.M., Survey, geotechnical engineering & C.T. apart from lectures
