The only thing I like about this company is that if an employee is stuck in a situation where he/she is not able to complete his targets the senior TL will help them accordingly to the situation.

Dislikes

The worst thing about this company is that you can't get appraisal even after 1 and a half year if you are a fresher. Even if you are an experienced employee then also the appraisal is the main problem. I got only 4k as my last month salary because I have to left the company on an urgent basis i have worked 12-15 days a month even after that I got this much. So this is the worst thing according to me if someone is leaves your company at least pay his/her salary according to their working days....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
