I had interviews with Diligent. Interviewers are just terrible, they just memorise a single approach and expect the candidate to tell only that approach, not open to new ideas/approaches for solving a problem even if it's more optimised. Honestly this was the worst interview I ever had till date.

Chaotic work culture, no process, Managers are like puppets running around like headless chickens. No direction, no vision on what they want to build, how they want to do it.

Dont ever think to attend the interview here they will just waste your time by taking interview and once u clear after all the process just dont release offer instead, when u call them they will inform like internal movement happened. Worst experience ever , playing job seekers
