Job security is good, just sometimes I had to stay a bit longer to work due to some last moment client's change in design.

A good place to start your work as a fresher as you can learn a lot from your seniors. Got an opportunity to explore my creative aspects while designing as well. Everyone here is less like colleagues and more like ‘Working Buddies’

Learning & growth, this was my overall experience with Digital Republik. Starting from being an Intern to a senior account manager, I have experienced many situations of dealing with the client & the team that has helped me a lot. Where most of the agencies don't hire freshers, DR gives opportunity to these freshers & guides them in the right direction.

Learning, Learning, Learning. If you are serious about your career and life, then you will love working here. If you are doing time-pass, thinking about "agency life" like in Bollywood, then you will find DR tough. Honestly, the first three months were very tough for me and I felt there was pressure, but this is like 'testing period'. Once you get through this, you feel like a changed person who is capable and smart. This way everyone who has worked in the company for long period are very smart people and you can learn so much from them. When I nterviewed I met with the Female CEO, who I first thought was very tough. But she became my friend and guide, where I would share even my personal matters. She is tough, but she is a great mentor if you want to learn and grow. The systems, processes everything is superb. The work environment is fantastic, music playing, open culture.
