Growth - zero No onshore Oppurtunites / Change of project. As there are no products with actual customers. Reality is one legacy product with 1 major customer. Organization Process - zero WFH, Office Hours, Variable pay / Bonus payouts, Hikes., Employee retainment, Performance review, employee growth HR is namesake as usual in small start startups. Have 1 dummy HR. India Office Infrastructure: Its more of a MNC canteen With Desks with all open ducts on ceiling, by mistake if you go early to office, it will notice stink sometimes. High light is CEO's belief of innovation: Innovation ki M** ki Faluda :) happens here. They develop emojis They Call it WOW, they add like buttons Call it WOW, a third-grade chat box Call it WOW and integrate it in one another and again they used to call it WOW. The irony is there will be Monologue of around 3 hrs. every week calling Innovation call. I have attended that once :) Salary - Promotions ~ Negligible Org never grown in size, or revenue.
