The thing I love the most working with Digital academy 360 is the vibes. Everyday meetings are scheduled to make sure every task is assigned to everyone. Proper training is given about the particular work if at all I don't know. The management is great and well organized. There is no work life balance, they ask to work anytime and even approved leaves can get cancelled l, salary never credits on time, there is always a delay, horrible company.. People behave like there are from 80s and expect obedience and devotion to the company and to the managers.
