Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive company policies are good excepting exceptions and appraisals are fair

Dislikes

There is lot of policies and the management doesn't looking at it. Other companies have good incentive schemes along with foreign tours and also career growth while in this company it's near than NIL. Company's share benefits are for upper level only for lower level there are lot of criteria there is no transperent there.

Work Details

The job is interesting struggled a bit in beginning regards to system. No change in job roll since beginning.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
