It is a private institute and this is the main reason that any trainer here will have to keep them updated with knowledge and that is the best part as it personally helped me in having a very updated knowledge in digital marketing which is itself a very dynamic field.

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

There is a little bit of office politics and favoritism though its really very less.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
