They will not provide you the proper documentation and forced you to work till late night and also forced to work from home, if you are denying to work, they will treat you very badly, if you want to leave the company, they will not give you authority to live and also send you the legal notice at home if you left. 8 out of 10 employee have filled FIR or the company filled FIR against him, there is something happening bad, and the rest two belongs to the uper lavel reference the reason their exit are smooth.
