Worst company to work in, not a single benefit from company all they ask is to work for 12hrs without even paying properly. Salary is never on time they pay 2 months once. One man show it is. No paid leave. All of them are underpaid.

They will give salary for your work,not considering about skills and knowledge for begginers this company will be good and the people who worked in MNC culture won't like this work environment..

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
