Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I feel proud to be a part of this agency. The seniors believe in creativity and unique concepts. We have brainstorming sessions and team meetings to discuss new ideas as well as how to plan shoots for each social media platform like instagram, youtube, facebook, linkedin etc. based on algorithm updates.
