In starting of job its challenging but once you are here for 8-9 months you will feel very comfortable. Seniors are very supportive. Learning of different domain customers.

We do not take advance from the company. On case to case basis on behalf of company we spend money from our account or we have been asked to do needful . It takes a lot of time to get back that money. We have been asked to work on NML area at the same we have been receiving remark from management that we are not keeping manpower . It is a good learning institute and does have a wide range in products. good technical support from seniors is given as and when required. get better guidance from them. all are supportive including branch coordinator. their help is very much .they update on regular basis when ask them for the help.

Dislikes

Management should consider transfer request . I am ready to take care of the area where now i am posted on touring basis .
