there is nothing to like about everything is worst and below average. work culture is so poor.

the workculture is so poor toxic and demotivating inadequate compensation lack of respect for the new joinees they do not appreciate the work done by the employees no incentive for extra work and do not even provide salary on time the environment is so toxic and the work space is so poor. do not provide proper working esssentials we have to take our own by ourselves even buy laptop for ourselves to work there. no break time in between as well ....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
