Think twice before Joining... I implore you all to read this message with patience and attention before planning to join Dice... I joined the company for a brief period of 1 month, only to find myself compelled to leave due to some health issues and the worst last day communication in the Dice... My experience was marred by a multitude of issues...<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Miscommunication, only expecting new joiners to adapt and cooperate, not so healthy work culture, the questionable attitude of the management, and misguidance, are some of those</mark>... Additing to r I submitted my resignation and even received the acknowledgment, the company kept me waiting for my full final settlement for around 3 months now... It was only after this prolonged delay that I was informed they were not going to release my salary due to perceived performance issues..... The point is that if my performance was truly subpar, why did they extend an invitation and visit for me to rejoin the company just a few days back ... ??? The higher management wanted me to join back ... I cannot pursue legal action due to my involvement in clearing the organization's backlogs, which requires significant time and effort. However, O posses a comprehensive mail trails and whatsapp messages, which validates my claim and points ... In closing... I offer this advice to anyone joining the organization DO NOT JOIN. PERIOD. Hi Kriti, It's very unfortunate that we have to part ways in such a bitter way. Your opinions are absolutely your personal and we do not intend to correct them or get into a debate with you. You must understand that when a company hires an individual, it's done following a due process and consideration. There is always high expectation from every employee along with the flexibility to let a new-joinee settle down and adapt to the processes. Unfortunately, in the mere 20-odd days that you had worked in Dice, you never took an initiative to make yourself a part of the culture. Additionally, you vanished without any intimation citing health issues, let alone serving a notice period. We at Dice Academy are always open to giving a second chance, owing to which, we offered you a consultancy role when you reached back to us. Like you rightly said, you cannot take legal action against us, because what you did to Dice is not only illegal, it's unethical as well.
