The company people are very nice. Overall from Management to union but the problem is no one is open to change. Current structure of organization is very good which gives a positive energy to employee if he or she active in there responsibility. Chance of individual growth is good in production department.

Dislikes

Sometimes you need more training in management section which is very rare so you have to learn the thing by your own efforts.
