East team local managers are worst. They don't try to grown this company up. They always blaim on down the line staff. And specially their behaviour is very bad for us as well as customers. If they will improve then the company is mind blowing.

Salary structure is poor And more than this it is matrimonial company , here you will find couples in every department , especially in upper management Due to which performance of company is going down. In past couple of years company has lost lots of internal talent due to internal politics and no growth salary wise. And the worst thing is most of sales person are distributor and still working in this company still company has no guts to terminate them.
