The company has given me a lot of opportunities. I am the first person who stepped in Pune office and I was responsible to set up the technical team. it was a great experience. I am thankful to the company for my first US visit. the good thing is that the company take cares of US stay (single occupancy accommadation, and preferably kitchen attached in the room) per dim allowance is also good during on site. Infrastructure is too good, ample car parking, sports facilities, a good restaurant inside the campus and lot more. And the best part in my case to have good work. I have beeing most of the time worked directly with US clients. very safe and culture environment for girls and women. Growth is average, both in terms of monitory as well as the designation promotion. at each destination, there are multiple levels.

It is exciting. I am working directly with US client. daily technical calls. each day is learning day for me.
