Compensation is decent but growth is very slow management is not able to understand real workers and flattrers.Credit of real worker is enjoyed by fltterers at the time of appraisal. It is demoralizing.

Work Details

I enjoyed a lot in working there but my contribution to the company was ignored at the time of appraisal.Management has no eye to watch culprits and punish them. Shrewd reporters befool management and management understands after a big scam.
