Likes

It's good to work at an MNC like Diageo.There are a lot of things to learn but career growth is very poor as well as salary increment. work environment is good and work life balance is moderate except month end which is common in any sales profile.

Salary - Good
Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Career growth and job rotation is one area where Diageo should really look into.Motivation level becomes low if there is no picture of career growth.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
