The people are unprofessional. Especially Procurement team and Supriya P, the senior manager who abuses everybody by bad words. Really need to change the work culture here

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
