It's unfair to talk about complete organization as a whole, but working in RPC SOUTH based at Bangalore means you are entering a devils paradize.

Dislikes

Poor Management Team without any substance, Petty Politics, organization people legacy, No team-work and camaraderie, backbiting, Dumb Marketing Team, Idiotic HR, No job stability or security, No career prospects

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
