Dislikes

Most of wrost condition in dhl supply chain is they are not promoted old employees, never give salary growth. And once they are hire on contract but not promoted on-roll and give excuses right now no vacancy in on roll and after 3 month he is hire new person direct company pay roll. What about us they working in 5 years.

There is no appreciation for good work and people are expected to go above and beyond foregoing personal life to achieve work and targets but appreciation goes only for people who are in the good books of the managers.
