Huge politics on promotions and appraisal.Only favouritism is on live.Peoppe who are very favourite to senior management will be promoted.Even if we show visibility and prove our skills by doing additional responsibilities we will be just verbally appreciated and will not have upper hand on promotions.If people are just saying yes for thier opinion or less compared to the managers they opt for promotion coz they know those people will not question them in future....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
