Best benefits in industry but only for onroll employess

Dislikes

In some departments, there is no value of talent of people. Only people close to managers have benefits. Off roll employees may have to wait for 7-8 years to get chance for on roll position whether they are better than other.

Work Details

I’m an off-roll employees and because of it my personal life get effected too much.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
