I am not inside the company right now because after the work completion came at my native place after leave application but due to some changes in time duration company is not calling. Aspects all company is fine.

Work Details

Need to work 10 hours per day. Staff not allowed to sit. Only limited staff is permitted to sit in office. I have never seen work happening as per norms of construction. Incapable Bosses, Non graduate staff's.

No satisfactory level salaries to the Level of Hard work. Politics at every step. No cafeteria, No feasibility to sit in office, no personal life, No extra curricular activities, no tours n trips, No overtime pay, No standard Employees.

NOTHING!!! The company doesn't value any of their employees. It's like they follow use and throw pattern. Every employee is treated equally, how much ever hard work you put in for this company they don't care a damn about you. False promises at the time interview. Management are bunch of fools and biased.

Work culture is hopeless, not even a single day is paid leave. Sundays is not considered paid day. It's like daily wages. Mangagement often uses bad languages. Absolutely no job security.
