Overall company culture is very good.. Management is excellent...corporate HR is supportive. However the plant heads are worthless... Just seating in the AC cabins and playing blame games.

Managers Don't wants to Grow new talents they don't even Likes new person who are better than them the only want to show how they are beneficial to company even they are On retirement age don't want cross any one.
