In this company u can't work on company norms ,neither u take action not u decide how to develop market and enhance company sail , other in this company u don't have ur own life u can't survive here like other MNC company , because u have to work here according to ur DGM if ur working in bihar jharkhand and uttarpradesh ,Nepal over all not safe to work in the sence of job security

When I have joined there I got an opportunity to learn but as days going on and m getting older there is lot of pressure by my senior cause some times I was against my senior decion due to his lack of knowledge about working norms and I feel suffocating,
