No scope of good future, very less increment, no holiday on Saturday, high ambiguity level by senior manager, no additional perks and benefits, boring company with boring lifestyle, no activities for employees, no motivation to work for non sales staff. People working here since more than 20 years with severely less pay package

I liked the job culture and my leader who lead the dhanuka HR but now days nothing is to like coz only Company CFO oder follow no one is dare to over come. HR services is very poor.

Only CFO oder follow the company and every service evaluate by money which is very bad and they forgot the employee time and dedication towards work

No work life balance. Superior only need late night work and Sat Sun work. He saying if you are not doing job like this then you are not doing properly work. You just doing clerical work only. And also you your work is best then you will not get promotion till 3 year even if you desrve.

Overall company culture is very good.. Management is excellent...corporate HR is supportive. However the plant heads are worthless... Just seating in the AC cabins and playing blame games.

If u join forgot that u have doing only job think that ur mortgage to them forgot family and ur mind also. U don't need ur mind while manager are talking. They always tries to bite u and press u. Don't join if u want Peace in Life. No one support u but evey one blame you.
