As the R&D team was headed by Dr OP singh. There was ample of opportunity to learn from the his knowledge and experience. But now as his health declining the concerns are imidiate.

Promotions - Good

Dislikes

As there is change in key people in Research and Regulatory team. It would be hard for a new comer to learn something from here. Major consideration are required by management team to retain key people and avoiding wasting money on people who's marginal productivity is zero.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Work life balance for a person in R&D is very very bad here. There is an immidiate need to have some substantial reforms.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
