This company, in my opinion, has significant flaws. It operates in collaboration with KCCL, and the Managing Director stands out as the most commendable individual. The project head, whom I greatly admire, is one of my favorites. However, it seems that in this family oriented company, expressing agreement with everything is crucial for securing a substantial hike or appraisal. Their quarentine system...the quarentine room in kaliapani site odisha is quite unhygienic, so worst room provided by company for staying.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
