Literally nothing to like about, & I mean it.

Dislikes

Everything from Management, HR, Managers. Top management only thinks of themselves. No benefits for employees, no job security, no timely appraisals, bonus ,incentives, pf, insurance. A very minimal amount named salary. A very great example of how humans as resource can be exploited. A large gap in salary in herierchy of middle managers & bottom managers.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

There is nothing to like in the company. Just don't go for it. I won't suggest this company to anyone.

Dislikes

It's a directionless company's. Zero job security. No annual increment from past many years.
