There is no specific offs in the week. Sometimes I had to work for 2 months without a single off, not even on weekends. Also the work timings were stretched to 12-14 hours on some days. In spite of over achieving my targets, I did not get an appraisal. At times, products are faulty so there are good incentives to sell them. For the extraordinary incentives, colleagues tend to steal leads and ruin the client relation with employees. The competition is not fair and the work environment is brutal.
