Likes

Timing is good, work load is average. Team management is good as team has to figure out together what to say to customers. Trainers are blank in their explainations of employees queries and even in PPTs. It welcomes candidates with good communication skills and adaptive, learning.

Dislikes

Overall it's good but they change your department whenever they need. Somedays you're in subscription, someday in onboarding. It's headache. They're very strict about break times. Politics is in environment. Trainers are blank sometimes. You have to figure out what to do after this step, what to say to customer. They do scams and when you tell them about wrong transactions,they simply says it's technical glitch or the customer must have done and they say us to avoid them. Salary what you get cash in hand is different what you've been discussed....Read More
