It was a learning experience being my first job. As a fresher this job is good but you cannot a career out of it. Work life balance is 0. Managers make you slog like donkeys and take the credit of your work. The company does not provide proper week offs. They make us work for a stretch of 15 days post that you get 1 off. I ended up working for 12-13 hours which was not compensated for either. Even after working for 3 years, they did not give anyone of us appraisals. When we asked for offs on Sundays , Managers told us that it was not promised in the offer later and they themselves took off on Sundays. There is a lot of favouritism and corporate politics. If we raised our voice Managers told us that they would see us during the time of appraisals which again never happened. They praised us only verbally with no monetary benefits. They give all false promises and make you feel top of the world like you are the best employee in the organisation just to get their work done. If you want to work for salary then work here but the environment would not make you breathe....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
