In that medical job unsecure and work culture are also bad and there is not any policies.

Dislikes

There is not any politics and salary not much more and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 6 month before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

The work culture and people were good.

I was not given a proper training. There is no on the job training model or proper guidance model. No work-life balance. Some times my shift was set at 7 in the morning and sometimes either 8 or 9 am. It is really affecting my health. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is no career growthopportunities or appraisals even after working for 2 years in the same company....Read More

The job was good. I got to learn a lot from my colleagues as there was no formal training given. I got a chance to interact with different teams and learn a lot about their processes as well. Everything I learnt about online pharmacy was from this job.
