Nothing at all. I was at 108 gurgaon. Worst management. Worst Hr. I dont have words to explain such firm. I will never recommend joining dhani. Thats for sales and customer service profile. I dont know know about other profiles.

They wont respect you. They hire in bulk. And they fire in bulk. They change the complete staff in three or four months. They simply say either provide resignation or we will fire you with the help of Ztp. This thing has happened to atleast thousands of employee working at plot 108 udyog nagar. HR department was too rude. They used to say only one thing " if you dont like it then you can leave it we are like this only" Please I request everyone to not join for sales and customer service profile at any position. Dhani's owner is very good. But those who lead the organization are immature, lacking in foresight as a result of employees are fired. They were called again a few days later. The business plan is wrong. It's the owner's misfortune.
