No job security, only 1 leave in month which usually they don't give, only four leaves in entire year but still you have to come, discrimination between Night & Day Shift, very poor salary for night employee, they follow hire & fire policy, sometimes they grab your salary for stupid reasons, if you close your eyes in night shift for1 minute too you will get marked absent & company runs under one hand remote control. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
