I had a disappointing with Dhandhania infotech. Despite preparing throughly for the interview and answering questions correctly, the process fest unprofessional. The manager appeared disinterested and was busy on phone, leaving the interview to seemingly inexperienced executives. Additionally the HR team promised to share results on same day but failed to do so, and subsequently followups went unanswered. It felt more like they were using the process to train their team rather than genuinely considering candidates. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
