Project/work life is fine, forget about salary hike once you join. Salary structure, benefits are worst. You can develop your skills and move out. Thats where other problem starts, HR , facility & accounts departments are acting like they are prime minister. No relieving once you quit the job and 3 months notice. Final settlement is next to God you have to pray for that.

Dislikes

WFH facility: They wont give you laptop, you should work with your laptop, your internet, your power. If you want job work like slave, they will treat you like one. Work: Managers are supportive, work culture is not so bad. HR, Accounts & Facility: You can see these people are not working and taking hell more salary than you do. They wont provide safe drinking water also.

Work Details

You can work in here as trainee an develop some skills and quit. Security guard/Facility/HR/Accounts/Vice president all are with same attitude just see you as a slave. Managers/Team leads are actually good with their behaviour and woke culture.
