The staff here - specially the old staff, if your bond with them is nice then they will treat you like family upto the point where you don't defer them.

Salary never on time. Conveyance, imprest and any other reimbursement is never given on time. You are expected to work extra hours if the boss wants, that too without any additional pay. HR policies - and the Boss is always right. No increment unless they feel like you leaving will create major problem. No appreciation - unless management feels like that you are over working and may ask for a raise, then they will give you a appreciation certificate to shut you up. They expect you to work for 2-3 profiles apart from what you are actually hired for, but without any additional pay. And lastly the new HR - she is terrible....Read More
