Bad Management Bad work hours, might even extend 11 hours in some teams Lots of partiality and favoritism for some people with no achievement just cz they have good relations with higher management, while others are removed from job in 5 to 6 months of being hired due to not achieving targets

Efforts are appreciated and rewarded. Process driven organization and all decisions are taken based on numbers. Monthly RNRs, Fun Fridays, Presidents Club are outstanding and motivate you to do more and earn more. KRAs are very realistic and easily achievable.

1. Stay away from this company if you expect a good job security. Because they'll fire and hire when needed and will treat like contract workers although it's a permanant role in paper 2. No matter how hard/smart you work leadership team/directors won't be aware of your contribution. So their ignorance will affect your job security and pay.

The policies here provides an amazing environment to work with Dexian as well as the clients. I have had the opportunity to get free certifications from NASSCOM. Working with Dexian gave me opportunity to work with different clients such as Morgan Stanley, Citi Bank and Amazon.
