If you are looking to work here, I will say you are making a good decision. You have much to learn here. Everything is good. The only I feel that should be there is WFH. Unfortunately, company doesn't allow its employees to work from home or any Hybrid Working system. So, this could bea downside foe some. Overall, it’s a good company. People working here are good as well. Getting niche embedded work to do. Having niche skills indeed makes one stand out professionally from others. It’s one of the best things, I’m experiencing here.

Dislikes

Not always, but sometimes, leading to some add-on formal stuffs, meetings tend to get delayed. It certainly impacts scheduled work, is what I feel.

MNC like work environment and work culture. Company has the potential to reach newer heights. Ongoing learning is encouraged. Additional responsibility is given to those who are ready to take it. Mentoring is good. Good experience

Just a few small things here and there, Appraisals are late but eventually done.

Best company to have a good learning advantage. You get freedom to work creatively. Every day is a challenge and offers a new learning experience. Good workplace, in my opinion.
