As My experience in Dewas Metal, Top Management is not matchured.hence result oriented employee unable to survive & only employee can servive those who only pretending to show work. In my 31 years service span I never seen such rubbish/imm matchuared management. I never suggest any result oriented employee to join said organization & spoil carrier....Read More

Work Details

I was AGM (Unit -Head) at Ranipet Plant (T.N.) Delivered the Highest performance among 3 plants I.e. Dewas- 93%, Pune- 86% & Ranipet- 104%. There after all of a sudden management demand me resignation, only to place some employee's friend

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
