I was working for 15+ yrs. In dewan since its beginning but it doesn't matter when covid hit. The Boss over left me off and didn't even consider paying me what I deserved and not only that he didn't pay for the time I was working I didn't get the money that was there for 2 yrs. Including the bonuses and all.

I have worked for a long time in this company. The management treats you like a family and understands you at the time of need. Work load keeps changing during time of the year. But overall, there is good potential to learn over the long term

I worked at Dewan Holidays for a long time in my career. Work culture is good. Team members have good understanding among each other. You get annual leaves as well apart from the holidays on festivals. Overall, experience is great. There is a lot of work and you get to learn as well
