You will get the things to do from scratch which is the best in Dew Solutions. GOOD Learning curve.8 hours working and no one will ask you to work on weekends.

Dislikes

Not much to tell.

Work Details

Work was good for me .I got the opportunity to develop the framework from scratch. U will learn more when you are individual contributor.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
