There isn't work culture. Politics is there. There are not providing managers also one RGM have to do Opening to closing. Is you arrange any shift manager after some time they will transfer somewhere. In jaipur location many managers are relative of Area coach. Worst experience in Pizza hut. Company need to hire atleast educated person. Work life balance is zero. You can't take week off because you haven't managers to handle your store....Read More

Food court Dept (FRB) in this company is The worst, provides zero Training about their system and Work. and Directly expect 100% results from the very first week of the Joining Worst Part is FRB in Devyani. Management is too poor in there. HR has zero power. At least 14-15 hrs/day work they Expect. Due to Cost Cutting they don't provide enough Managers.
