I have been working in Devon for more than a year. This company is a great place to work and grow our careers. This is truly an Agile and Scrum-based company. Lots of learning opportunities will be given. They follow Ikigai where we can learn "What we love, What the world needs, What we paid for, What we are good at".

Dislikes

From the day I joined Devon I haven't faced any issues or negative thoughts.
