Worst CA firm. The Managing Partner doesn't have skills to handle work... Articles and paid assistant are total dump in clerical jobs and they take inexperienced CA's, they joins the Organization to learn and leave within 2,3 months making basic work complicated... At end articles assistant pay the price not learning anything...

Dislikes

Worst experience. Nothing work you will get apart from clerical. Recommend to join only when you don't have any option

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
