No job security, the company keep on hiring and doing silent lay off, the management is worst and such a bad experience working here, never appreciate your hardwork instead put false allegations on employees and remove from job. The company start threatening employees that they should resign the job, HR and managers are culprit, In social media they do show off doing contributions and donations just for publicity. The management go to any extreme to do silent lay off....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
